You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. mbi88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport before processing withdrawals.
The name on your mbi88 account must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions. Any discrepancy may result in processing delays or rejections.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. mbi88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
Sharing your account, password, or login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

User Responsibilities in Platform Use
Users agree not to use the mbi88 platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, system manipulation, or disruption to other users. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or employ other unfair methods to gain an advantage is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without refund.
3 Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the mbi88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.
- Minimum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the selected payment method.

- Requests from the relevant authorities or for other legal reasons.
If an account is closed due to a violation, mbi88 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any remaining balance in that account based on the assessment of the case. Dissatisfied users may submit an appeal to the customer support team for further review.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform — including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss beyond the platform's control.
